The 12.5mm Recoilless Disrupter has been designed to disrupt cigarette package-sized devices and packages up to 10x15x24 cm (4"x 6"x 8") and approximately 226.8 grams (1/2 lb.) total weight. When an X-ray is employed with the 12.5mm RC, larger packages may be disrupted successfully. The 12.5mm RC is a ‘surgical’ tool for a precise hit on the initiator device contained within the package. It is ideal for CBRN devices where containment is essential. It is the smallest Recoilless Disrupter available, and is therefore ideal for small robotic platforms and for confined spaces, such as under seats in cinemas, airplanes and stadiums.

When attaching an electric firing line to any Disrupter, verify that the opposite ends of the wires are shunted (twisted together) to ensure there is no electrical current in the firing line.
