INSTRUCTIONS
Swivel the main arm of the opener so that the threaded adjustable push-button leg is on the desired side. Note: It may be necessary to turn one or more of the threaded legs on the “U” hook fully “in” so that the main arm can be turned from one side to the other. Tie the pull rope onto the ring on the main arm. Loosen (turn counterclockwise) the three threaded legs on the “U” hook to a position that allows the hook to slide freely over the door handle. Place the “U” shaped cutout “hook” section onto the door handle. Tighten (turn clockwise) the three adjustable legs on the “U” hook until it is firmly held in place. Position the main arm so that the adjustable push-button leg is directly over the door push-button mechanism and roughly parallel to the door surface. Tighten (turn clockwise) the adjustable push-button leg so it comes into contact with the car door push-button. Back away from the area. Pull the rope to open the door.
When attaching an electric firing line to any Disrupter, verify that the opposite ends of the wires are shunted (twisted together) to ensure there is no electrical current in the firing line.
