Proparms Disrupters have been used successfully by Police and Military EOD Units in more than 70 countries worldwide. The company was founded in 1973 by Joseph Elsener and Lesley Rust. The company designs, manufactures and distributes its products out of the Province of Quebec, Canada. In addition to having the capability to handle all stages of production, from research and development to finished products, Proparms has an excellent reputation for client service and quality support.

Customer Service Excellence Program

The Proparms Ltd. Marketing Department is reintroducing the customer satisfaction survey. This has been implemented in two parts. The first distribution of the survey occurred in July 2007 where it was presented to our clients at the annual IABTI Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. The survey was also sent to our network of international agents in order to get their valued feedback on our product performance and our customer service practices.

As of September 2007, the survey will now be administered four weeks after each delivery. The information given in these surveys will be analyzed as it is received and will be reported on and presented to the management team biannually.
