The company was founded in 1973 by Joseph Elsener and Lesley Rust. The company designs, manufactures and distributes its products out of the Province of Quebec, Canada. In addition to having the capability to handle all stages of production, from research and development to finished products, Proparms has an excellent reputation for client service and quality support.
